This place is a joke I have 2 machines and I sent the card in for the older unit for them to read and get the other information off the new unit and then they say I am non compliant I wear it every single night.. Also the newer unit needs repaired and I took it to them for repair and I get it would be cheaper for you to order the parts and fix it yourself so I go on website and can’t find the parts. This has been the worst experience ever..had a sleep study done there two weeks ago and feel 10 times worse now than i did before i went there..the lady there said my numbers are critical and told me to adjust my mask..wtf i have been on a bipap for 4 years like i dont know how to adjust a mask?lots more i could say but just do yourself a favor and go some other place..im going there to give them a piece of my exhausted and tired mind next week cause there services there could kill someone.Lanny schnell
Very poor customer service receptionist could care less huge waste of money! Did an at home sleep study with their machine more than once, costed everytime, only for them to tell me that I have to do one in house. It has been 10 months and still never had a cpap machine on my face. Finally tried to get to the bottom of it and you guessed it only want an updated prescription and spend more money that I don't have. Had my test a year ago. They were kind was asleep by 8:30 and woke the next morning with a mask on and totally refreshed.
