Please avoid Western Sky Mechanical at any cost. They are unreliable. Chris confirmed me the installation date, I removed all my stuff from furnace room to make it easy for them to work and then they didn't show up saying, Chris has Covid. Then Riley contacted me after 2 weeks and fixed up everything including the equipment specification, installation date and even Riley said that he has ordered the equipment with the manufacturer and the equipment will be ready at their shop on the day of installation. Based upon my experience with Western Sky I gave them 5 stars. I had a problem with my furnace (would not stop blowing cold air). Travis quickly diagnosed my problem with the flame sensor and had the furnace working promptly. Prior to having Western Sky out, another company was out which told me I needed a new furnace when my furnace was still under warranty. I don't want to publicly bad mouth any company, but I will say the other company's name starts with the letter "C". Paula at the office was also nice to deal with.
