I had an MRI done in 2024 while on Medicaid. Western Sky Community care paid the bill and 16 MONTHS later decided to un-pay the bill because it was deemed “medically unnecessary.” Because it has been so long and I have changed insurance companies three times since then I can now not get a hold of ANYONE at western sky to inquire why I am all of a sudden responsible for a service I received almost two years ago. Fix your website!!!! I go to login, my email and password go through and it takes me to a verify plan form. I enter the info and it tells me "this plan or user is already registered", "please contact us". Well duh! I had just logged in, of course I'm already registered, it won't let me past that into my account! I click on "please contact us" and all it has is a login button and a find a provider search bar, no place to send an email! You need to fire whoever runs your website! I will never recommend well care. Western skies to anyone. They lied to me just to get me to change plans so Stupid me I didI was supposed to get dental implant. denied my claim for implants. After they told I had the benefits. But now the dentist pulled all my teeth. I gotta wear dentures in for the rest of my life because there were not good at their word, I suggest GET IT IN WRITING before they pull all your teeth.. the stupidest thing I ever done was. Let them pull my teeth for implants. Now I can't eat or talk right.
I have twice been denied my right to request a drug tier exception. The first said she faxed the form to my doctor, but never did. The second hung up on me after being on hold for 45 minutes. Also, they changed my primary care physician without telling me. And they don't seem concerned about changing it back. Horrible customer service.
