I have been seen in the urgent Care twice and had excellent care the front office staff was great the PA I saw Eric was wonderful I was really surprised that the care I got was as good as it was and I hope the great care continues
The greeters are super nice, but the quest is so terrible I had to review. The staff need to practice their human interaction part. Would highly NOT recommend here, and go to labcorps , or ANYWHERE else if possible. Terrible customer service, dirty waiting rooms, and people that look like they hate their job.
I see Dr Derrick Brown and I can't stand up about the care I received from him and his office staff. He is always thorough thoughtful and most of all kind. His medical assistant is also top notch. The pharmacy, the lab, the phone system and scheduling leave something to be desired. It's incredibly frustrating to reach a staff member over the phone when you need to.☺️
They genuinely never answer the phone… ESPECIALLY pharmacy. I will call multiple times throughout the day with no answer so I will reluctantly drive over there and every. single. time. the pharmacy has 3-5 staff members. Extremely disappointing.
