Went to pick up a prescription following an appointment here for my sick kid. They said it would be an hour to fill. Decided to take my kid home instead of waiting around that long. As soon as I get home 10 minutes later they text me that it’s ready. Drive back and they even have the correct medication in stock. Won’t be using them again.
Used to be a great pharmacy. Apparently, it's now been farmed out to a temp agency? Now it's chaos and long waits. I'm so sorry for all of us patients and the crew behind the pharmacy window. Someone really dropped the ball here.
Absolute cluster F at this pharmacy. I stood and waited in a line of 20 people (which took 1.5 hours) then waited another 1.5 hours for my prescription to be filled, only to find that they couldn’t find it in the system when I lost my patience and asked for it to be cancelled so I could go to another pharmacy. I had the urgent care doctor send the prescription to Walgreen's instead at that point. I drove there right away and they already had my prescription.
