I had an emergency with my cat Foxy. Her eyes were inflamed and she had a constant discharge for more than a week. I don’t live in Maryland anymore and yet the whole process was wonderful at Western Shore Vet. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Z the same day 🥰😻. She prescribed medications that, I can already see are working. My cat is my best friend and I was so concerned because my vet in Florida did not follow up after a week of no results. Too expensive!! Was charged for two exams within 2 weeks, when was told the 2nd appt would be with a tech to just finish vaccines. Also never got email or phone call with results from the blood work taken on first appt. Its a rip off! Staff is nice, thats about it. In this economy this is ridiculous.
Samson the Great Dane had a great initial visit with Dr Bailey at Western Shore. The office is bright and cheery, the staff was wonderful and Samson appreciated the cheese whiz, frisbee and belly rubs. He was comfortable and seemed at ease there, which is rare for him at the vet. Overall, a great experience.
Clean, very friendly staff. Annual check up runs around $400.
