Quick, reasonable, nice guys. Easy to work with for fabrication jobs.
I'm disappointed with how I was treated when I called. I simply asked about a part, but the receptionist hung up on me. When I called back, she said I took too long to respond and refused to continue the conversation. I wasn't arguing —I just wanted to understand why the call was ended. It's difficult to understand how a business can succeed when customers are treated this way.
