High pressure sales, not clear about policies, can't understand clear communication. Don't waste your time.
We found everyone at Western RV Red Deer was very helpful and made purchasing our trailer easy and provided us with as much information as possible I highly recommend using Western RV for any future purchases as it is all about service with them
Now that I have had my rv for a few months I can leave an honest review. For buying my rv the experience was great. I was over 8 hrs away so had to do alot over phone. The salesman was excellent to work with and did everything needed. However the rv was used. It's a 2019. So for their full inspection and go through as they say is where I have my issues.
