We bring our trailer to Western for all our repair issues. Always great customer service! Plus they usually have ice cream treats 🍦
We purchased a motorhome and have had nothing but trouble ever since. To make things worse we left our motorhome in there yard to have some repairs done and all our tools and barbecue and propane tank were stolen and they did not seem to care ..we are disappointed and disgusted with there customer service and will not be using them ever again for repairs or service and will go elsewhere
It took me a while, but I have finally found an RV dealership that I trust. Rick, Steve and Jason run the parts and service department. They are knowledgeable, honest and fair. They are the most customer centric service/parts department I have found. I discovered my new to me (used RV) which I bought privately had water damage in the back wall. They took the wall off and it looked like I needed to replace the outer wall. However, they worked to sand down the plywood liner to a layer that had no damage then place a new piece ... read more
