Very difficult and impossible to get a hold of the Receptionist in the mornings!. Id much rather deal with her than the grumpy lady Nancy that answers.
Great experience, traded in our motorhome and travel trailer on a new coach man nano and a keystone residential destination trailer for our lake lot and extremely happy with both. Had a couple small issues that were addressed quickly. Mike and Shirley were our sales team and Rick’s team in service are excellent
High pressure sales, not clear about policies, can't understand clear communication. Don't waste your time.
