We purchased a new travel trailer. The sales team were very friendly and welcoming. I feel they took good care of us. After sales service has been great. They've been very patient and very helpful. The only shortcoming was the walk through at delivery. They were generous with thier time but I feel like the missed some important points. Overall, I would definitely recommend Western in Red Deer!
