When you contract with a professional company having 3 generations still hands on it truly speaks volumes of their quality, customer service and integrity. Western Roofing has finished over a dozen roofing repairs or projects for me in 22 years and each one I become more favorable. I highly recommend the company and family owned and operated business.

I have used Western for the past five years for a couple of roofing jobs. One complete re-roof and this time it was to bird dog a shady roofer on a new residence. Rob came out and assessed what needed done, worked with the roofers who did the substandard job, explained and demonstrated the proper way to do the job correctly, and then followed through with them to ensure it was done right. I hired a company to adjust a section of my gutter as well as move a downspout. The next week it rained and I had water coming out of my soffit. I had the gutter company owner come back and he told me the roof was installed incorrectly. I then had Rob D******** the owner of Western Roofing, and the owner of the gutter company meet to discuss what needed to be done to correct the situation. Western Roofing was hired to water proof our balcony and we now have more water coming through then before!!! They say they did the job and want final payment while we still have water coming through!!
