I’ve had 2 visits with 2NPs who both had their faces buried in their laptops instead of engaging with me. The first NP was, at least, cordial. The second one was unfriendly and cold as ice. I don’t feel that I got anything resolved. Options are limited out here, and it is virtually impossible to see a doctor, but there must be better resources with staff that is actually interested in the patients and their well-being rather than just checking boxes. .
Don’t bother. Tried establishing with them months ago and the doc called out an hour before they closed, the day before my appointment. I then had to wait months for the next one. Called me not even 24 hours before my appointment to cancel again. My pto’s are not infinite and I need help. I don’t go to doctor offices for fun. It looks like they have a reputation for this kind of thing in other reviews as well. Seems like they need new staff.
Thank God Almighty I found a wonderful MD. I will never step foot in this place again. I can't believe what this NP put in my after visit summary notes. Pure lies!! I wasn't the one who was rude. I truly did not understand her and she got offended when I asked her to repeat herself. And I asked her where she was from because of her accent and she also was offended. This is a very good practice I would recommend it to everyone, the people are nice, professional and always punctual.
My doctor is a very good doctor, she’s very knowledgeable, Mrs, Hawks is!! The only complaint I have is not the medical service, but the call center!!! If I want to call May doctor l, I want to call the building she is in, not no stupid call center!!!!! It supposed to be a medical practice, not a company or an organization!!!!
