Western Rock was very good to work with. When there was a miscommunication they did everything they could to make it up. I will be using these guys again.
They told us a price and forgot to mention the delivery fee. Got charged $300 more than we planned. We ordered 20 tons and actually needed more (just thought "oh we'll do separate orders") but nobody told us that if we filled the truck up we actually would have gotten FREE delivery and more base. So our total would have been less. Was on the phone for two days getting sent to random voicemails with ZERO help from staff.
