Overall all the doctors are good and listen to you and you feel they genuinely want to help you but all that evaporates dealing with their admin people . The level of incompetence is astonishing and they either wrongly reassure you saying check your post for further information from the referral hospital or worse send the wrong requests and you end up receiving invitation to the wrong investigation having waited weeks if not months . It could be much better if they had better admin
I got two appointments with Mr. Gupta, physiotherapist for my football and running related injuries to my knee, calf muscles and ankles. I followed the exercises and wearing supports he suggested me and my injuries amazingly improved within a week and two. He clearly explained until I understand how to do the exercises. I cannot thank him enough for his help with physiotherapy.
my uncle had an appointment with his doctor today at 2pm, with his doctor he made an appointment with dr rahmen, he didn't even know that he was going to see another doctor all of a sudden and that they took before all the patients, and with 25 minutes of associations with everything, and not even an apology from the staff and very arrogant, completely absurd behavior and unprofessional, racist treatment
I had an appointment with doctor Eva-Marie Okparanyote and she was FANTASTIC she was friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. 100% the best doctor I have been to so far.
