Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to see the Dr as I was told off for not knowing the details of a previous Dr I saw 8 years ago in another state. I was told I would need to do some research before I would even be considered worthy of an appointment. I think I was one of the people the other reviewers gave mentioned about being told off by the terrible receptionist.
Terrible receptionist very bad phone manner. Makes you feel very unwelcoming
I sat in the waiting room on my first appointment listening to the reception staff talk down to every person that called in or arrived. Speaking to clients like they were children being told off and scolding some over the phone. Not a great look and made me feel really uncomfortable. Might be worth training the staff on customer service and how to be respectful and kind to people.
