I saw Dr. Virginia Clark during college and had a rather memorable and unsavory experience. Concerns about my grades and future were dismissed with the claim, "you'll be able to get a job because you're a black woman." Essentially she stated that DEI would guarantee me a job. She also evaluated me for ADHD and diagnosed me, but then seemingly retracted her diagnosis mere months later because my college could not find the paperwork on file. I have really benefited from my therapy here. My psychologist recommended that I do testing for ADHD here and that was also a really good experience. Both of my providers were genuine and caring. I would recommend!
My son went through some testing here. Very professional, his tester was patient and well recieved by my son. Would recommend
I don't know if I just got unlucky but the psychologist I saw did not listen very well or help me very much. It was a long an arduous process (trying to get a diagnosis so that I could get accommodations for school as well as medication eventually) that was mostly going over the same questions over and over again because they did not remember what I had already said. if i could give this location 0 stars i would. do not waste your money here, if you want thoughtful, respectful care carried out by professional individuals you will not find them here. every appointment was pushed back due to the psychologists' complete incompetence in using her computer, often ignoring entire assessments because she "didn't know how to turn on her computer" I wish i was joking. psychologist would also frequently make strange off color comments about other patients, going as far as to outright call them wei... read more
