My garbage disposal stopped working and Kevin got it going, good as new. He even cleaned the sink when he was done fixing the disposal. Five stars aren't enough!
We woke to no hot water yesterday. Discovered our usual plumber was on vacation. I just couldn’t endure another cold shower. A friend recommended Western Reserve Plumbing so I called. The owner was also on vacation but the call was forwarded to Greg. He got here by 11:30, discussed the options, and I decided to just replace the unit. He was done by 2:30. You can’t even tell he was here except now I have hot water again. I definitely recommend those company.
We're truly grateful to Corey, Kevin, and Greg for helping us diagnose several plumbing issues in our home. They responded quickly and identified not just leaks, but pressure problems and HVAC issues as well. The entire team is friendly and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them.
J.P. Was awesome! Fast, friendly, very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!
Called for help with an install and Kevin (owner) scheduled us right away. Greg came to our home, assessed the problem, gave us quotes with options, and got it done within hours. Prompt, professional, polite, and reasonable. I’ve used them before and will not hesitate to call Western Reserve Plumbing again. They were a tremendous relief when facing a daunting plumbing issue. Thank you!
