The staff lacks knowledge on insurance. I was told mine was accepted. Waited 3 weeks for consultation. Had my own paperwork, x-rays. This visit didn't provide anything except a bill. It was AFTER this point they ran my insurance thru and told me they don't accept my coverage. Sketchy practice.
