Very nice building, however receptionist is extremely rude.
if you value your health go elsewhere. ive had 4appts have resolved nothing. none of the several tests theyve done or the medications theyve prescribed has been sent to my pcp in 6 months of appts. I need a refill for my rx been calling everyday since thursday AND cvs has reached out neither one of us has gotten anywhere. No sort of voicemail line just says not in office listen to this hold music. and god forbid you have to check in as the front desk lady took AN HOUR to check in 2 people then told my theyd "have to see if s... read more

Everytime ive come here check in is so bad im late for my appointments even though i arrive 15 early, they had all wrong information we corrected it scanned my cards etc. now everytime ive come in i still have wrong information in the system as well as my scanned cards not being scanned? if front desk is this bad i wouldnt trust the doctors, will be switching to a different hospital where they actually care about a correct patient file/history.
The doctors are great but the check in process makes you feel like a sheep. It’s so impersonal and slaps you in the face as to how the medical industry makes you feel like a number.
