Horrible, horrible service. They may be convenient, but don't be fooled...the service and attention to customers are horrible. First of all, our 30 min guitar lessons for our 2 boys would typically start 10 minutes late, and the n finish 5-10 minutes early, so the instructors could stand around and talk to each other. VERY unprofesional, and we paid for a lot of 30 minutes lessons that lasted 10-15 minutes. 2nd, we cancelled our music lessons for our 2 boys in Sept. 2012, due to this unprofessional behavior.
