Very rude and discriminatory staff. Would not ever go there again in my life. If you have to go to a rehab center, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! EVER!!!
have a dear friend’s mother who is 93 years old and currently at Civita Facility. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the kind lady at the front desk with her warm smile. The entire team—CNAs, RNs, and all staff—are truly dedicated and caring. Everyone treats her with patience, professionalism, and compassion, which brings great comfort to our family. Congrats to the all adminystration. .
I was welcomed with a smile and hello. In the lobby and on my sister floor. Everyone is very friendly and nice. I was in need of a chair and they accommodate me with out hesitation. Thank you.
