Besides the workmanship itself, I had several issues with this workshop that left a bad overall experience. I took my van in for a water pump replacement. When I dropped it off, the owner told me there would be a couple of days’ wait, so I left the vehicle with them. At no point was I given a quote or estimate. The very next day I received a call saying the van was ready for pickup, which surprised me as no pricing or work details had been discussed. I'm from northland n got on to western radiators on a Saturday some years back after a radiators failure..they could not hv been more helpful...I hv used them since n just last week they sorted an overheating issue for me super quick n so professionally at a fair price...service with a smile n top work...absolutely recommended this business to anyone with cooling issues...thank you so much guys.....say hi to your dad from me too..cheers
