Awesome callout service on a Saturday for my campervan. Thanks guys you made it so painless.
Besides the workmanship itself, I had several issues with this workshop that left a bad overall experience. I took my van in for a water pump replacement. When I dropped it off, the owner told me there would be a couple of days’ wait, so I left the vehicle with them. At no point was I given a quote or estimate. The very next day I received a call saying the van was ready for pickup, which surprised me as no pricing or work details had been discussed.
