Do not expect a response back from them, they don’t communicate well at all. I would recommend renting elsewhere.
Manager does not communicate, I would recommend renting from someone who will actually get back to you.
If communication is a priority, then I would rent somewhere else. Had one showing with Jennifer and never heard from her again. Reached out multiple times just to be told by her office staff that she was just too busy. My wife and I had to find another place to live, would not recommend.
One of the best property management companies I have ever dealt with, the properties are well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It has been a great rental experience! Jennifer is often out on the properties herself helping with maintenance, cleanup, and even snow removal in the winter. I completely recommend Western Properties LLC if you have a property that you’re considering having a company manage for you, or are a possible tenant like me and thinking about renting from them. You can’t go wrong!
