So I had an issue that I needed a service provider to come out and help me with and John S came out and went above and beyond with questions I had and was absolutely amazing! He not only went over everything with me he also educated me on things that I would need to know to be safe at home. Highly recommend Western Propane and their services, especially John! thank you!
I’ve been with them since 2020. It has been a great experience very friendly and responsive. Apparently you need to get your tank refilled at least every year or else a large additional fee will be placed on your rental. They said they sent an email out which I did not receive. I looked through all my folders. I asked that the fee be waved And they said I could have the service canceled and the tank picked up. For me that’s not an option, I need the propane.
