My dissatisfaction lies with the pre-admissions team, not the doctors or nurses. They were wonderful. I was asked to arrive at pre-admissions at 7:30am and then I waited 4hrs to get treatment. The admissions team need to lift their game and become more accurate with the estimated admissions time.
