Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable sale staff makes looking for your ride a nice experience. The service department also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I've had my bike in the shop numerous times and have a few pending jobs as well as i'm constantly adding my own touch. The down side is the care that is placed on your bike while in the shop. Never been impressed with this dealer. Have stood around on several occasions waiting to be helped, and their sales staff never even looked at me. And this was when I was very seriously in the market for a new bike! Their saving grace is that they often have a good fleet of demo models to test ride, which is unusual.
