Unprofessional, toxic work environment, safety hazards. OSHA needs to be brought in.
Would give zero stars if possible. Even from the interview, it was obvious that all members of management were unprofessional in how they handled serious safety concerns, including misuse of equipment, pills found in waterbottles and overlooking serious workplace harassment. Human resources was literally never available, working from home and dismissed all paperwork regarding said safety concerns. Is it possiblie to give a company a -1? You will not be trained correctly. The Human Resources Jason "Jay" Redfern will smile and lie to your face all through the hiring process. If you try to tell them you need more training, they will claim that you are not capable of the job. If you bring forth evidence to support this claims they will attempt to make excuses.
