Great customer service! Dawn their receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Josue was my plumber and was terrific. Very thorough when trying to find the source of a sewer smell. He persevered after a trip to the roof, attic and trying all possible areas.Josue told me ahead of time what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. Our hot water heater went out over the weekend and our initial estimate to fix it from another plumber was over $3500 with the recommendation to downsize from a 50 gallon to a 40 gallon tank “to save money”. We thought that seemed extremely high so we reached out to Western Plumbing. Josue was amazing. He arrived this morning, replaced our hot water heater with a 50 gallon tank, made an upgrade to keep things up to code, and charged us $1,200 less than the other plumber quoted us. Western Plumbing came out quickly and professionally and got our hot water tank replaced the same day. Josue was our technician and explained everything to us, and did a great job. We recommend Western Plumbing and would use them again.

Western was awsome they were late by 2 hours but that was due to unexpected previous customer. They were very courteous even though I had to call for eta of our scheduled appointment. Once here Jose was fabulous,courteous,explained all repairs and time it would take. If needed they will be the first company called . No one likes to call a plumber but they are great!
