No frills park. Rent increased so high, a single fixed income home owner cannot afford to stay and are unable to sell due to the even higher rental prices for new incoming renters. Any senior interested in moving here, that can afford to, won't! It's simply not worth the price. If it weren't for the state putting a cap on rental increases for current residents we'd be priced out of our home in a year. If Legacy has it's greedy way we will be.
