Doctors are great. Nurses I've encountered are great. Receptionists are ignorant and disrespectful. One called and canceled my appointment (despite my objection) when I arrived for my newly rescheduled appointment the Dr said we could have done the one procedure had I not canceled, I told them I hadn't, that I was called and told I had no option and my appointment was canceled so I could find another Dr or schedule a different day.
