Doctors are great. Nurses I've encountered are great. Receptionists are ignorant and disrespectful. One called and canceled my appointment (despite my objection) when I arrived for my newly rescheduled appointment the Dr said we could have done the one procedure had I not canceled, I told them I hadn't, that I was called and told I had no option and my appointment was canceled so I could find another Dr or schedule a different day. Amazing group and fantastic birthing experience.
Office staff is the worst! AVOID at all costs. There should be a zero star option. Called office at 9 AM on a Friday to report a serious side effect to a medication I was taking. Spoke to receptionist who said she would have someone call me back. At 4 PM when I didn't receive a call back, I called the office only to find they were closed! On call doctor told me she would have office call first thing Monday morning to have me seen on Monday. When I didn't receive the call by 9 AM, I called them. They had no notes or messages ... read more
