The team that actually did the work were good. Victor and Jesus were responsive, supportive, and professional. DO NOT BUY THEIR AC UNIT SCREENING PRODUCT! We paid $2200 for what is pictured. The design showed a very nice custom made screening “fence” around our two AC units. What we got was cheap leftover wood from our fence construction that looked nothing like what was shown in the design. Western Pavers did a wonderful job of removing our former buckling pavers and old front landscaping, renewing our yard and preparing for new pavers, bolstering the side yard and fence with a major concrete wall (for a smaller house and yard) and putting new pavers and landscaping down. The cost was more than two other firms offered us, but I trusted the person, work and plans of Jerry to do a better job (my sense here was “you get what you pay for” — I know — not always — but here, we got a fine job done. I posted this review weeks ago on google but somehow it mysteriously disappeared. I hired western pavers to install 1800 sf of pavers for a rear patio area The 2 main comments I have is piss poor supervision and poor work quality. Jesus was assigned as the supervisor. But he was almost never there. The workers installed 25% of the pavers incorrectly. I called Jesus to instruct his workers the fix the pavers before cutting more stone but he didn't do it.
