Terrible face2face. Demanding. Rude. Etc. Supervisors did not/could not do job well. Workers do install well, if explained parameters. All stones must be levelTOlevel. Phone/office ladies are excellent They should teach all the bosses. Oh, a tool was "borrowed" from me. Never returned! Called. Drove to business! Each time reply was: No tool borrowed. In 2018, Western Pavers remodeled our backyard, including pavers, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a patio cover, for $180,000. Unfortunately, the subcontractor responsible for the deck and patio cover caused significant rotting issues and leaks, documented through pictures and videos since November 2018. We have worked with Western Pavers many times over the course of ten years to transform our outside from bare dirt to an oasis. To say that they do quality work that they stand behind is a gross understatement. When we saw settling on a paver path, we had them come out to check it out. It ended up being roots but they were still willing to remove and repair under warranty with no discussion.
