Owned by a predatory company. You will come to dread Tuesdays, as that’s when Yellow Slip Day is, aka the day in which they try to squeeze a fine out of you by finding an issue with your lot. My neighbors often yell and slam their doors on this day. Very suspicious fluctuations in utility prices month to month as well. The “Community Calendar” is very funny.
