Between Josh and Collin as sales consultants, I'm a very happy customer!! Both of them have been very knowledgeable on products sold. And ON TOP OF MAKING THEIR CUSTOMERS PRIORITY!!! Deliveries are always perfect. I see other reviews complaining. I've never had an issue. Install team is on point. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!
Cool company but the install tech team is the worst to work for. They’ll have you driving cars that can’t even go in reverse. Every light lit up and the car and the head manager Randy will just say suck it up. They have you doing walls that have asbestos in it. The sales rep will have you at locations that don’t even have all product there . Worst experience ever.
Was waiting 5 hours on the dock for delivery, and answer was it’s not their problem, worst place
..they really don't care about customer service ..or thier employees..they pay the employees badly and over charge for cheap product ..no one actually works in will call area..what ever employee is available trys to help...this place is not the greatest
If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible Willcall service. Called the number for help and a women answered and was absolutely rude and said she couldn’t help because she was busy in the other side of the building. She needs to learn how to talk to costumers. Every time I’m here for a Willcall it’s the same thing. All the staff is great and helpful when they are at the desk. Other than that terrible service, you will be ringing the bell and waiting for at least 30 minutes.
