I have had a great experience with this business from intake to the ongoing care i am receiving. Dr Kelly is an excellent real person that cares for me as a person and is crucial in helping me in my journey from an extremely unexpected injury and during a time of turmoil and feeling alone he treats me like a human and is understanding and thoughtful. Since this review is purely for the office, and not my doctors I won’t feel bad for leaving it. Briana is by far the most unpleasant, rude, condescending front desk worker I have ever spoken to. I missed my appointment due to an emergency, and when I called to reschedule she put me a month out and hung up abruptly. I called her back to ask if she can speak to my doctor directly, and she said she would leave a note but she’s “gonna want to know why you missed your appointment” I am going here for mental health assistance, and... read more
Dr. Kelly, Psychologist was very attentive and helpful in every way possible to assist me with my needs wether questions or needing an advise. Highly Recommended.
Please avoid this place at all cost. I don’t think the providers, the actual doctors realize How awful their staff is at Customer Service at Front desk. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and and some are extremely passive aggressive over the phone. Of them who regularly answers the phone would hang up on you before you even finish your sentence as you are pleading and begging for an appointment.
