Friendly staff , there to help .
I want to begin by saying if you are trying to get off of opioids , do not come here! The staff is uneducated , rude, and completely useless. They have no care to try and help you. They are billing my insurance for services never offered to me! According to Kimberly who “manages” this place I am supposed to receive 2 counseling sessions a month! Self centered employees with deplorable customer service. Arrived one minute before closing time and they already had the door locked and won’t allow dosing. They do not take the insurance that other clinics do and as far as can be construed by any reasonable person, Western Pacific Med Corporation only have an interest in taking money from people for as long as possible. Ask specifically for things to be done and they aren’t so many times I haven’t been able to dose because of incompetence on the employees behalf
