Very affordable to have work done, but lack of communication and months of delay, not a huge deal. Unfortunately though, the team showed up on one day’s notice so I couldn’t be home for the work to be done. No pictures were taken, I guess that may be on me for assuming proof of work would be taken when the customer can’t be home for the repairs. Mike does a great job at an extremely fair price. I would recommend him to anyone with a slate roof.
They did a wonderful job on our roof but I've been calling them for the last 3 weeks for a leak that needs fixed and no one answers the phone, the voicemail box is full, I've texted and no one has got back to me and I've put multiple requests in online and through email and no one has gotten back to me. This is a shame because we were going to have them do the rest of our roof this summer and they did such a good job. I will be looking for another company.
