These guys are fantastic. My doors look incredible, the price was more than fair, and when we screwed a part up, John just happened to meet me there after hours
The lift cable on my Liftmaster wall mounted garage door opener had broken and the door was jammed partially open. I called Western Overhead Door at 8:30 am and a repairman was on my doorstep at 9:08 am. They not only repaired the cables on the garage door in question, but also did some preventative maintenance on my other garage door too. The servicemen were very efficient and friendly and the repairs were completed at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Western for your garage door service needs.
Broken garage door spring. Called Western Overhead Door and they had someone there same day to temporarily fix it so I could use the door again. Then they completed the repair the following morning. The customer service was amazing. And the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
When we built our house Western Overhead Door installed the garage doors and openers. When one door wouldn't open, or opened on it's own I called them for service. They came out and fixed the issue, well it was working for about a month, then the door started opening on its own again. They came back, changed the wall control to wireless. It started again, called again, spoke to someone in service, said he'll send someone out to look at it, he'll call me back....still waiting....guess they don't care about customer service. Western Overhead Doors did a great job repairing some very old wooden garage doors (at least 50 years old) that another company said would have to be replaced. They did a careful job for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
