George dispatched Dan to my home for an assessment and then Fabio came and replaced my opener. All of this happened within 48 hours of my call. My car was trapped in my garage as my 30 year old opener decided to retire. George went out of his way to get me fixed up quickly. The new opener works great and looks great. I am most grateful to the team at Western. Thanks folks!
We bought our home directly from the builder, who had this garage company source and install the garage doors. At the time of purchase, we were asked if we wanted the doors painted black instead of white, which we agreed to. Just a few months after moving in, bubbling appeared on nearly every panel of all three garage doors. I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service and product quality are both terrible. The company tends to be dishonest when responding to reviews. The only thing I highly recommend is not buying from this company.
The service could not have been faster and friendlier. Someone was at my door in less than 30 min. They fixed the problem, oiled everything up and even changed my burnt out light bulbs on the opener. I always go to them for my garage door problems!
Avoid this business! Super rude owner. Needs to take a lesson in customer service. Zero communication skills and definitely did not care about the customer in this case.
