I needed a part for a garage door that won’t close. Not only were the associates able to obtain the part, they gave it to me for free and walked me through the step by step installation. My garage door cable broke first thing on a Monday morning. I called Western Overhead Door shortly after. I was told by George that a technician would be out that afternoon which I was pleased about. Even better, Dan was at our place later that morning and had our door fixed before noon! Dan was very pleasant and professional.
Quick response to service request. Technician quickly fixed issue and gave me some insider tips on how to deal with uneven concrete floor under bottom of door. The company does good work. Have been very happy with the door they installed for a number of years now.
