Jim and Eleanor are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful with all matters of window treatments...my go-to place for trouble shooting and problem solving with everything from traverse rods to roman shades! Can't thank them enough for their help over the last decade!
Jim was able to fix my Hunter Douglas blind which parts are no longer available. They are knowledgeable and reasonable! Good service and nice people!
