No communication still waiting for a refund since they never sent product. Ended up going to Lombart instruments
I placed an order on 3-31 for a keratometer bulb. It was needed ASAP so I paid 35.00 for 2nd day air. I received notification that I will receive the order on 4-08. That doesn’t seem like 2nd day air shipping that I paid 35.00 for! Especially since the bulb was only 5.00!
i placed an order for my ophthalmic practice on 12/15/2020, I have a receipt. I still have not received the order, I've called multiple times to check status and the phones either disconnect you or loop you around a phone tree that goes no where and then disconnects you. I've emailed and gotten no responses.
