Is the receptionist (Jaqui) the owner who chose to set an appointment with me by leaving a voice-mail and even though I did not confirm (was working remote- no cell service for the shift) sent a technician to our business without our knowledge and then blames me? Then expects a credit card before the next service call, as if our business doesn't pay? How presumptuous. As if we were the ones to screw you over? Western oil services. 1. No 24hr on call service 2. Testing procesures are incorrect. 3. No policies or clear written procedures. 4. No employee support plus they track you on gps and they do not tell you you are monitored. 5. Service management and coordinatoion lack common sense in the industry. 6. High employee turn over. 7.
