bait and switch company. called for an estimate to have an oil/ water separator pumped and cleaned. owners "son" came to take a look at it. about a week later had received an estimate for work to be completed with an estimated price of $3600.00 which also included snaking floor drains ( didnt ask for this , but ok/ fine). when they finally came around to perform/ complete the work which they ended up skipping out on the floor drain snaking , they handed me a bill for over $7000.00. Poor communication, no respect for customer On several occasions gave me a date for pick up -never arrived. I canceled many appointments and even left work to be certain I would be available when the truck arrived- only to find they had no intention of coming . Ended up finding a company to take my barrels for 1/4 of the price!!!!!
