Absolutely terrible! I bought a house using Western Ohio and was satisfied so decided to refinance with them and was completely lied to by Mica James. Was told it would bec approximately $3,500 to refinance. Final papers said I had to bring $12,000 to closing. I said no absolutely not we aren’t refinancing and Mica assured me $8,000 was going to escrow and it would be returned to us upon closing not to worry. The check came after closing for $2,700.
