this is my experience unprofessional staff lack communication skills and empathy towards clients and concerns. came here for blood work once and was left with massive bruise on arm because couldn’t find vein right away. seeked my health concerns elsewhere and since doing so, I am finally getting answers and resolutions.
This was about 2 years ago: I literally went to this place to get put on birth control. I have struggled my entire life with mental health and have some pretty severe self harm scars on my arm which doesn’t even seem relevant to this review, but it is. I have had the opportunity to be cared for by Dr.’s Baudoin, Huldeen, and Ou-Yang prior to, during, and post delivery and then prior to, during, and post surgery. I trust these doctors and highly recommend any of them. They treated me with dignity and respect, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt they care.
