Tried to schedule as a new patient for an annual pap and screening. Scheduler was doing everything she could to get me to change my mind. Recommended I go to an urgent care instead even though I had nothing urgent happening medically. When I said I prefer an office visit she sounded annoyed and said I would have to provide her with all the providers I have treated at in the last 38 years. She avoided giving me any available appointment dates until I finally hung up.
