Worst company I have ever dealt with! New driveway in 2024, with some flaws and they broke a brand new sidewalk. Returned in 2025 to seal driveway so I could get a 2 year warranty. After they left it rained and splashed sealer all over my siding. They returned to clean siding twice but did not get it all off. Then they returned to reseal and there crew stood in front of my house for 45 minutes fighting with foul language for the entire neighborhood to hear. I had to give 4 star due to lack of communication. The office has zero communication for reminder, or date of service. They suddenly show up my house without communication and i had to ask them postponed due to conflict date with other renovation. they agreed reschedule.... still no heard from them for new date. i had to call them, when is date of service. I am disappointed overall with my experience. The initial sales call went very well. It was once the scheduling happened that things started to go down hill. Because my patio was also being done, I asked to reschedule laying the asphalt so there would not be heavy trucks and traffic on a newly laid driveway. They agreed to the delay both over the phone and through texts. I appreciate the customer-friendly atmosphere your whole business has. From the start, I received a call back from Christian, and he was very helpful with answering my questions and going over all the details about our tricky driveway. I also appreciated the service reminder calls, even when it meant rescheduling because of weather, and then each time I’ve spoken with someone on the phone at your main office, everyone is super friendly and helpful.
