I appreciate customer-friendly atmosphere your whole business has. Great service before and after the job! Had a topcoat installed.
I usually don’t write reviews but that’s how we decided to have Western give us an estimate for having our old driveway replaced. We wanted our paved driveway torn up and replaced with concrete. Western was prompt with arriving to our home with an estimate and giving us knowledge of the procedure. They were flexible with scheduling, prompt when they said they’d start and made sure WE were satisfied when they were done. Great follow up service. They make things right.
I called earlier in the week as I have some areas that need patching or repair before sealing. They took my information and said someone would contact me to provide an estimate. Today I received a call from a completely different company stating that WNY sealers provided my information and he wanted to provide a quote for sealing. Why wouldn’t they just tell me they’re booked instead of handing my information off to some unknown company who then proceeds to cold call me.
