We are very pleased with the work that was done replacing an existing sidewalk (that had serious drainage issues) and adding new sidewalks around the house. Chris was knowledgeable, skilled and was very professional. He was able answer my questions and addressed any of my concerns. It was a difficult job but he was able to work around any issues. It truly came out wonderful. We plan on using Western NY again next spring to address replacing the front walk and driveway. I can highly recommend Western NY Sealing and Paving.

I highly recommend Western NY Sealing and Paving. From the quote to the full tear out to the paving completion, including the scheduling and billing, everyone I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very pleased with the quality their work.

My initial experience with WNY Sealing &Paving was great! The sales rep, the prep team, phone staff, and the concrete person were great! The concrete job, which was in my garage was beautiful. My issue is with the condition of my driveway after the concrete truck left. When it left, it put dents and dips on my driveway. And these things are noticeable and get in the way. This was my first time with WNY Sealers last week, and according to the reviews I read they are supposed to be very good. After sealing my driveway and waiting the four days before using it, I was disappointed to see how the backdoor was covered with tar and the outside walls. This was reported to WNY Sealers along with pictures of the tar on my door and walls, an email was received that someone would contact me, still have not received a response from the company. Everyone who worked on our driveway was very efficient, almost as if the team was choreographed. They were also careful not to leave tar anywhere but the driveway. Very impressed with their professionalism and the finished product. The driveway looks like new!
