My experience was amazing!!! You could tell the staff had a great rapport with one another and genuinely liked their office. They used humor with each other and with me and it helped me relax (I was very nervous about getting an upper endoscopy). I was in no pain at all after the procedure and they were very informative and reassuring 😊
Joined as a new patient. Had a follow up with this particular female doctor. She had to leave the room to relay my history to someone else(I could hear them talking) so this makes me think she isn’t even a full doctor yet. She prescribed meds but never included refills. She suggested I (needed) a colonoscopy in the fall but never mentioned it again or attempted to schedule it. EVERY single time I call I get voicemail and no one EVER calls me back! IF you can get a hold of anyone there to ask questions I'd be surprised. I have been on hold for over an hour and have been hung up on twice before that. I think I will be cancelling my appt because this is shabby, really shabby.
Dr. Gutman could have, at the very least, pretended like he cared about his new patient. I drove 2 hours to get there before I had to work and two hours home. He barely looked at me in my face, was all jittery/seemed uncomfortable by me, and refuted the majority of my very concerning symptoms. I didn't feel like he was listening to me whatsoever, obviously because he wasn't. I made a tentative list of my ongoing issues, and was really hoping to talk to a specialist about them.
