Yes, the woman told me the same thing you have dual insurance we cannot accept it. Sorry after explaining I have a serious nasal infection I offered to pay cash. She said no we can’t do that. I’ve never heard of anyone not accepting cash and paying privately. it’s insane. They don’t care about the patient. Don’t waste your time.
I have been having some neurological issues with my ears, and Dr. Heather was extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and put me at ease. I HIGHLY recommend this practice and Dr. Heather!
