The staff is very friendly. The hygienist did a great job.
All of the dentists and dental assistants are very nice and accommodating and thorough.
Totally happy with Meagan my hygienist. The office staff are great and take the time needed to update insurance and billing.
Office canceled my appointment without notifying me and also failed to move me onto my own account when I was taken off of my parents account when I provided proof and change of insurance the previousyear. When my parents account was closed, the office failed to notify me of my canceled appointments and then noted that they could never take me on a patient again. I was at one point impressed with the office but now I'm disappointed with the lack of transparency. Sadly leaving a one star.
We scheduled an appointment well in advance, called to confirm our time, and show up early just for them to be closed. Beyond unprofessional and a waste of our time on a work day. We were never notified of a cancellation or early closing.
