My mother had a terrible experience. The assistant and doctor were incredibly rude to me. Have been in for two consultations. Refused to treat her. because I hadn’t had a dental cleaning first. Said they did not have any of my records. Told me “I don’t make the rules. He said he owns the practice… HE MAKE THE RULES.” Don’t waste your time here.

When I started going here in 2016 there was a wonderful women that helped me with my dental anxieties. They were fantastic. My wife started going here also shortly after. When we had kids we brought them here. In the last 2 years it's gone drastically downhill. Continued collection notices every other month because they don't submit enough proof (i.e. measurements and X-rays) for procedures to be covered by insurance that are done with their consent. On the plus side the care has been very good. They seem to be using up to date techniques and the dentists seem to be very good. I've had mixed results with the rest of the staff; some are friendly and some scold. And the billing has errors. They have billed me for services I never received. After telling me the billing had been corrected I have gotten another bill. Assuming I do get this corrected I may go looking for a new dental practice.
