Terrible service. Dental hygienist is horrible.no glasses, leaves your face wet and with crap on your lips. I only go there cuz of my insurance.
Greece office sucks. Incompetent staff. Had confirmed appointment today. After waiting for 30 mins in waiting room. Inquired why the wait, staff looked around for my hygienist. Told me she wasn't there and didn't realize that when I checked. This is not the first time this has happened! My appointment was confirmed last week!! Go somewhere else. I'm looking for a new dental office,after 10 plus years!!
My mother had a terrible experience. The assistant and doctor were incredibly rude to me. Have been in for two consultations. Refused to treat her. because I hadn’t had a dental cleaning first. Said they did not have any of my records. Told me “I don’t make the rules. He said he owns the practice… HE MAKE THE RULES.” Don’t waste your time here.
They can care less about you and your needs, just find yourself a new office and dont come here
When I started going here in 2016 there was a wonderful women that helped me with my dental anxieties. They were fantastic. My wife started going here also shortly after. When we had kids we brought them here. In the last 2 years it's gone drastically downhill. Continued collection notices every other month because they don't submit enough proof (i.e. measurements and X-rays) for procedures to be covered by insurance that are done with their consent.
