Honestly, this place blows. I got charged for stuff my dental insurance fully covers and had to figure out on my own how to get reimbursed. No help from them at all — they just kept saying “it’ll get done” without actually explaining anything. For some reason, they were quoting me hundreds to thousands out of pocket after insurance, which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. I absolutely dread going to the dentist, which has led to extensive work needing to be done. Dr Williams has slowly been fixing my mess of a mouth for 3 years now and I have nothing but praise for him. I have pretty bad anxiety at the dentist and he has always been SO compassionate about it and his demeanor just makes it so much easier to go in and get the work done without feeling guilty or embarrassed. Everyone else at the practice has been great as well.
