Admin seems to have a substance abuse problem, which causes Disorientation which then effects the knowledge of being able to give correct information. Co pays signed to be a certain amount the later billed for a higher amount. Record & save any documents and or conversations. Providers only interest is money. Simple. Get a second opinion if you go here. Lucchese is untrustworthy. Came in for an issue I noticed and marked down on the questionnaire that I wasn't interested in teeth straightening. Not twenty minutes later after the technician did the X-rays and an inspection does he glance at them for twenty seconds and say " sign her up for Ortho" (braces). He also found a lesion he didn't mention to me that neither of the technicians detected, but my treatment plan says I have them. I was referred to their depew location for two extractio... read more
I went to have my tooth pulled don't like pain so I had them put me to sleep ok simple, this happened in August now it's February and I still have numbness, they did not tell me it could last this long if they did I wouldn't have gotten it done !!!!!
I have mixed feelings. My first visit was great, after the inital visit I was not impressed. I waited for months to hear back about my insurance coverage, then once I did I scheduled a appointment right away. They stated that they lost my impression and I had to pay for new ones. Okay that was the first hit, then the second was the unpleasant Dental assistant. She may me feel small and spoke down to me. There was no use of person centered language and she was just rude.
