I scheduled my appointment 6 months ago. I work 6 days a week and am not able to answer my phone during my shifts. I was called the two days in a row before to confirm my appointment; both days of which I was at work and wasn’t out until after they had closed for the day. I called back the morning of to confirm and was told that since I couldn’t answer the phone my appointment was given up. I’ve been to plenty of dentists but this one is by far is the most nicest one with a great staff. I will definitely be back.
I’ve been coming here for years and have always had good experiences, so this visit was really disappointing. I’m also not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this didn’t sit right with me. My hygienist told me my teeth looked good, and I’ve never had a cavity in my life, so I was surprised when Dr. Lucchese came in, quickly looked at my teeth, told the hygienist I needed fillings, and left without explaining anything, going over my X-rays, or giving me a chance to ask questions. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and I’m 20 now. I came in for a cleaning and to have my wisdom tooth looked at a few weeks back. I asked for them to remove the abscess it caused but they were more focused on my fillings. I didn’t even receive antibiotics. They said the abscess would go once the tooth was out???
