We're not recommend this then it's to anybody else other than the cleaner which is a nice person other than that I would not go here there is a lady named Robin that says she's the manager I don't think she is but she said she's the manager she's very rude and ignorant they can reschedule your appointment when they want but when you go to reschedule appointment they will not let you try to tell you that you have to pay $25 to reschedule an appointment the lady Robin is really disrespectful and sniffy should not be a manager ... read more

my last visit in July 2021 went from having extra x-rays that I specifically told the hygienist that only "If I'm covered" to proceed in which I wasn't covered for half of what she performed to not having a dentist at the end of my visit or was told ahead of time that out of the 3 that one was out sick, other out of town and other she didn't know so I came home to find tartar still on one tooth. but the most important is the billing. they have no billing dept so in trying to get answers i have been repeating the same concern... read more

I had been going to this location of WNY Dental for years and always had a good experience until the last 2 years. My family has 2 dental insurances through my and my husband's employer. Having 2 dental insurers is not uncommon. We started running into billing issues 2 years ago and it all stemmed from the services not being sent to our insurers correctly. WNY Dental was not sending out items to the primary insurer first. As such, our secondary insurer would reject the claim and we would receive bills showing we owed a balan... read more

Threatening collections over a $0 balance. Staff did not care. The “bill”was for $150. They have me 10 days to pay or go to collections. When I complained they dropped me as a patient.
