By far, the BEST doctor’s office I have ever been to! I’ve been to a lot of doctor’s offices the past few years. Dr. Katowski is friendly and thorough and makes sure his patients understand everything that’s happening. The nurses and NP I’ve worked with are incredibly kind and friendly, and the office is easy to get ahold of. This office is the definition of patient centered care!!!
Truly feel that WNY BloodCare is a very thorough medical institute for it's patients. Buffalo is very lucky to have it. Everyone from the front office, the nurses and the Drs. are all working to make health situations better for their clients.
Amazing staff and doctors, they really take the time to answer any questions and or concerns. They are like family.
